It was simply because of Danielle’s dedication and commitment to our tiny home. However, it was not an easy sale. Multiple buyers backed out for various reasons. Buyers’ attorneys gave us difficult requests. We had inspection issues, walk through issues, and appraisal issues. We had many obstacles that we had to take care of. But, my wife and I were basically sitting relaxed in front of our iPhones, because Danielle handled each issue with speed and accuracy. My wife and I sometimes wonder when or if Danielle ever sleeps. Because, when one problem arises in a late evening, then in the following morning, we receive her text message at 7am that says the problem has been solved... Please “discover” her and please “experience” her. All you have to do is to sit back and be relaxed for the rest of your home selling process, like my wife and I did. PS. Guess what?
