Danielle is amazing! Her work ethic and knowledge alone make her an absolute powerhouse. She not only landed us our new forever home during such a competitive time in the market, her drive and wisdom got our old home sold in one weekend for way more than we expected. She knew exactly how to stage our house, had a photographer come take the most beautiful pictures, and on that day before the photographer arrived when I did not have the house looking exactly how I wanted, she came in, kicked her shoes off and helped me with the final touches, talk about a true gem. She is trustworthy and honest and puts her whole heart into helping her clients. She would not let us settle for something we didn’t absolutely love and her attention to detail is impeccable: school districts, flood zones, looking at how the sun will hit your pool to keep the cost of heating it as low as possible. Every little detail is addressed and researched. Knowledge is power and she has it all. I peppered her with questions, some of which should have been directed to the lawyer and lender but I always went to her first because she responds promptly and always has the answers. It’s hard to write a brief review about someone like Danielle, but I will try to keep it short and simply say that if you want an agent that will handle everything, take all the stress off your plate, and work tirelessly to make your dreams come true, she’s your gal. I recently was looking to purchase a new home, and I had the pleasure of working with Danielle Klausing, who truly went above and beyond. From the first interaction, it was evident that this agent was committed to providing high-quality service. Danielle was extremely flexible and was willing to meet me at any hour of the day. Danielle was always willing to work around my work schedule and accommodate my schedule for property showings. This made the process easy because I never had to take off work or leave early to see a home. In addition to her flexibility, Danielle was amazing with her communication. She was always very prompt and responsive and sent me daily updated information via text and email. Danielle would go out of her way to send me personalized homes that were in the areas that I was looking and I never felt out of the loop or like I was going to miss out on seeing a property during this crazy time. One of the qualities that I truly appreciated was Danielle’s willingness to provide constructive feedback about a home. She was always upfront about what she liked and didn’t like and was true to find a house that I wanted. After each show, she would always ask me what I Liked about the home and what I didn’t like, and they took that feedback and found homes with those particular likes and dislikes. I highly recommend Danielle if you are looking for a real estate agent. She will go above and beyond to help you find your dream home!

Danielle hands down is amazing! She went above and beyond not only selling our home , but finding us another. Danielle made the entire process seamless for us. We sold our family home of 38 years, and she guided us every step of the way. She answered our numerous questions, texts, phone calls immediately and was in constant communication with us!
