We didn’t know Danielle was a family friend when she was referred to us, but she instantly treated usas family! She helped us in our long journey to move back to IL from Las Vegas and search for a house we could call home. I will never forget when she inspected a basement by getting on her hands and knees with a flashlight to look for signs of previous water damage! We unexpectedly found our home while she was on vacation in Costa Rica, but she wrote the offer from there and convinced them to take our offer which was the first one made! She gave us our Danielle stamp of approval when we did our walk through and did her own inspection. We asked for a rare basement, a wild backyard and a fireplace.
